Is the coronavirus pandemic emotionally stressing you out? If you are staying at home alone to avoid getting sick or getting others sick, or avoiding crowds in general, it can be socially isolating. I've felt social isolation before and know first-hand the feelings. Make sure you remain emotionally healthy by focusing on expressing your feelings with others without letting feelings bottle up, keeping busy, and finally learning. On the other hand, if you are staying in all day with family, children and pets, the opposite effect can occur where you feel like your patience is running thin.
If your wedding and honeymoon plans have been upended, or your vacation travel plans have been disrupted, I am so sorry for your frustrations and anxiety. I can only imagine how much panic and emotional stress you are feeling.
Mentors and coaches listed here on Sagejoy are available for support via phone or video chat. You are welcome to message them to see if they would be a good match for you. Click the green Sagejoy logo to view all available mentors. You can also post a listing requesting a mentor and state your goals for the discussion, along with naming your own price you are willing to pay. Or, post a listing to be a mentor/listener yourself. Sagejoy was created to help reduce loneliness and stress during a challenging life event, and the coronavirus pandemic is unfortunately one that affects all life events and compounds the existing stresses by creating more worries. Try to stay healthy and happy. Please take a look around on Sagejoy.com and the mentors on mentors.sagejoy.com in case someone can be of assistance to you. Try to appreciate each day and stay healthy.
Below is a new Forum for emotional support during this Covid-19 pandemic.

P.S. In support of battling the coronavirus pandemic, I propose a social experiment (similar to an online secret santa exchange). I'm offering special pricing in my listing here to help people during trying times. After our private one-on-one chat, I request that each new user post a listing to be a listener/mentor matching the hourly rate they enjoyed from me. To do so, each new user simply does a copy-paste of these instructions within their listing for their mentee to repeat the process. After mentoring, the new user decides whether to continue being a mentor and if so, raises their hourly rate to their liking for their next sessions. The new user can also share their listing on social media to help spread awareness. New mentees and mentors therefore get to try out the platform while addressing the emotional effects of the coronavirus. Let's infect each other with kindness and support instead of fear.
